YuriX Privacy Policy

1. Operator and scope

YuriX is operated by Tansuo Intelligence (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. (“we” or “us”). This policy applies to the YuriX iOS app and services directly related to it.

2. Information we process

• Account and identity information: username, user ID, display name, and related account details. If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive the Apple user identifier and, only on first authorization, Apple may provide your name and email. Passwords are submitted over an encrypted connection, and the server stores a password hash rather than the plain-text password.
• Content you submit: inspirations, knowledge cards, dialogue messages, ratings, focus topics, and text, links, images, audio, or files you choose to upload or share with YuriX.
• Usage and operational information: feature interactions, usage statistics, request time, network address, error logs, and security logs used to provide the service, diagnose issues, and protect the system.
• Information stored on your device: sign-in state, current user profile, notification preferences, and language settings may be stored locally. Signing out, uninstalling the app, or clearing app data affects how this information is retained.

3. How we use information

• Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, synchronize content, and protect account security.
• Store and present inspirations, knowledge, dialogue, and attachments, and provide AI dialogue, content organization, focus, and review features.
• Maintain, diagnose, and improve the service and prevent fraud, abuse, attacks, and other harmful activity.
• Comply with applicable law and handle complaints, disputes, and privacy requests.

4. Device permissions

• Microphone: used only when you start a recording to create audio content. YuriX does not continuously record in the background without your action.
• Notifications: used for reminders you configure. You can disable notifications in device settings.
• Files, photos, and system sharing: only content you select or share with YuriX is processed to create an inspiration, knowledge item, or dialogue attachment.

5. Service providers, sharing, and disclosure

We may use cloud computing, storage, security, and AI model providers to process information only as needed to operate YuriX. We require service providers to protect information and process it only for agreed purposes.

When you use Sign in with Apple, Apple processes authorization information under its own terms. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising tracking unless you authorize it, it is required for a feature you request, or the law requires otherwise.

We may disclose information when legally required or as part of a merger, division, or asset transfer, subject to applicable notice and other legal requirements.

6. Storage and security

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy and use reasonable safeguards such as access controls, encryption in transit, permission isolation, and audit logging. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If an incident may affect your rights, we will take remedial action and provide notice as required by law.

If processing involves an international data transfer, we will follow applicable notice, consent, assessment, and other legal requirements.

7. Retention and account deletion

You can request account deletion in YuriX under Me – My Account without contacting support. A seven-day cooling-off period follows, and the app shows the expected deletion date. Signing in to the same account during this period cancels the request.

After the cooling-off period, we delete the account and associated personal data that we are not legally required to retain, including profile data, dialogue and messages, tasks, inspirations, knowledge cards, personal memory, focus topics and settings, uploaded files and attachments, and related processing records. This data is removed from business databases, search indexes, and knowledge-processing services.

If you use Sign in with Apple, we revoke the related authorization through Apple's interface and delete the Apple identity binding, sign-in tokens, and encrypted credential retained for revocation. Local sign-in state becomes invalid after sign-out; you can also remove local data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data.

We may retain de-identified task records that cannot be linked back to you to confirm deletion completion. We retain only the minimum records required by law, needed to resolve disputes, or necessary for security, with restricted access and use.

If a temporary technical failure prevents timely deletion, the system retries automatically. You may email us to ask about the status, but an email is not required to start account deletion.

8. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction, supplementation, deletion, or restricted processing of personal information; withdraw device permissions; and delete your account. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing completed before withdrawal.

You can manage microphone and notification permissions in device settings or contact us at the address below. We may verify your identity before handling a request to protect your account.

9. Children

YuriX is not directed to children under 14. Minors should use the service with guidance from a guardian. If we learn that we processed a child's personal information without required guardian consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete it or otherwise comply with applicable law.

10. Updates and contact

We may update this policy as features, processing practices, or legal requirements change. For material changes, we will provide an in-app notice, website notice, or another appropriate notice and update the date on this page.
